In QBO, credit memos applied to an invoice surface themselves like a payment and will be organically applied in Vinosmith as a payment.
Regarding commissions, the credit memo payment from QBO will be reflected as just a payment, and we cannot exclude that credit memo from being calculated as part of the commission.
