To pay your Vinosmith Distributor Invoice online you must first be invited to Vinosmith. This process allows you to create a Vinosmith Trade Profile and link your organization to the Distributor.
The invitation process can be initiated by clicking on the Pay Securely Online button in the next email Invoice / PDF you receive.
By clicking that button you then create your first Vinosmith Trade Profile, add payment methods and then pay invoices.
Going forward all new invoices created should be accessible in your Vinosmith Trade Portal.
Steps on How to Make a Payment
From the Dashboard, click on Payments / Invoices
Click on an Invoice to make a payment
Click on Continue To Payment
Follow the screen prompts to complete your payment
Why is the Payment Link Missing?
When the payment link is not present, it's because the Distributor/Vendor does not currently accept payments via VinoPay.
Their accepted methods of payment(s) are usually on the invoice.
