Populate Sales Rep Information onto my Quickbooks Online Invoice

Quickbooks Online does not have a native field for Sales Rep.

Fortunately there is a way to emulate this and capture this data on a QB Invoice. The prime method is creating a Custom Field for Invoices (generally called "Sales Rep") and then Vinosmith can populate this with the Vinosmith Sales Rep name or initials.

Once you have done this please let us know:

1. The exact name of the Custom Field you created.

2. What sales-rep user information you would like inserted into that field. Common choices are Full Name, Initials or Email Address, etc.
