How to Enable Products for the Marketplace

Edit an Individual Product

• Click on the Products tab 

• Click on the product to be enabled

• Click on Edit from the left-hand navigation

• Scroll down to the bottom to Marketplace?, select Yes

• Click on Save

Batch-Edit Operation on the Product page

• Click on the Products tab

• Scroll down to the Operations located on the left-hand navigation

• Click the blue Batch Edit button

• A yellow box will appear, providing options available to update

  • Core

  • Admin Only

  • Rep Orderable

  • Marketplace

  • Status

• Select the options and products to be updated

• Click Update

Batch Update Products via Product Properties

• Click on the Products tab

• Scroll down, click on Export Properties

• The following the properties values are required for an item to be included in Marketplace

  • Active = Yes

  • Marketplace = Yes

  • Admin-Only = No

  • Inventory Item = Yes 

• Optional - provide additional product information (appellation, info) to make your products stand out

• Upload the updated file from the Import Properties page

Batch Update Products & Prices via Marketplace Settings

• Click on My Account, click on Manage on the left-side menu

• Click on Marketplace Settings

• Click on Batch Update Products & Prices

• The next screen allows you to perform various batch actions on your Price Labels. The Actions are:

  • Update marketplace flag to all prices with label

  • Update marketplace flag to all default prices

  • Apply marketplace flag to products with marketplace price

• Select the Price label to perform the above actions

• Select Flag Apply or Remove

• Click Perform Action
