Only reports with a green "Schedulable" button can be scheduled.
Schedulable Reports is a feature that must be enabled by Vinosmith. Please contact help@vinosmith.com if you would like to enable this feature.
To Schedule a Report
Click the report you want to schedule.
Set all report parameters.
Click the down arrow beside the Run Report button.
Select the Schedule this Report option.
Enter a title and click Continue.
Select the Recurrence, Active?, and Email Content (optional) settings, then click Continue.
Click Save.
Notes
Reports run at 6 am PDT (this is not modifiable).
You can force a scheduled report to "run now" by clicking the link to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
If you choose Custom and specify a date range, that range is locked to the selected date window. If that date window doesn't make sense in the future (e.g., the Custom date used is Jan 1, 2024, through Jan 31, 2024), no matter how many times the report runs, the time frame will remain the same. However, if you use the Date Range picker, it will be calculated dynamically at runtime. For example, if Last Month is selected, and the report is scheduled to run on the 1st of the month, it will run with February 2024, March 2024, and April 2024, etc.
The selected users are "locked in" when report scheduling occurs. We do NOT cover future reps added to your organization. As mentioned above, all parameters are locked during initial scheduling.
If you select Always use all Active Sales Reps, the future report executions will always run with the current set of active reps. It will override any active users selected below during the scheduled run.
Currently, you cannot edit a report's parameters once it's scheduled. Users must delete the existing scheduled report and start over from the top.
