Vinosmith can generate orders in MHW format and optionally transmit a batch of orders to MHW via FTP.

How to Send a Batch of Orders to MHW
After this feature has been enabled, in your Pending Deliveries list of Orders there will be an option for MHW.
You select one or more orders to be transmitted to MHW and choose the option Send to MHW via FTP.
Vinosmith will then generate the MHW orders file and transmit it automatically to MHW via FTP.
After Transmission
MHW will contact the organization directly (you) in the case of any necessary information regarding order status. Vinosmith will not receive any notifications of any kind.
Final Processing Step
Once you have received notification from MHW that the last batch of order(s) has been successfully received you need to mark the orders as processed.
Navigate back to the Pending Deliveries screen and you will see the same orders you sent in the last batch, select all of the relevant orders and scroll down to the With Selected Invoices action dropdown and choose Mark as Processed (Delivery Status: Sent to Warehouse)
That final action will instruct Vinosmith the orders have been accepted by MHW and they will no longer present themselves on Pending Deliveries.
