This is a generic error message from Quickbooks. Most likely the network communication between Vinosmith and QB got interrupted. Fortunately, this is just an issue with receiving some data from QB and it wasn't an issue with inserting data into QB.
Try requesting another payment fetch, and it should succeed next time.
