When viewing allocations filtered by a single account, we hardcode the new order form to populate with ALL REMAINING quantities on the allocation.
When starting a new order from the Wines Allocation page, the user can auto-fill the full allocation quantity on the new order form by selecting Full Allocation Quantity from the dropdown menu.
We will also take the default price of the wine and populate it to the order.
