Price Management for Corporate Groups

Last updated on 18 Aug, 2026

Every Product Price can be linked to a single Corporate Account Group. For example, you could create a Price that applies to every Account linked to the single "Safeway" corporate account group.

Assigning a Corporate Group to a Price

During Price creation or editing, the Corporate Account Group dropdown lists all Corporate Groups. Selecting a Corporate Group automatically inserts all Accounts under that Group into the Accounts list.

Both Excel Price formats (Detailed, Basic) support a column titled Corporate Group, whose name must exactly match an existing Corporate Group.

Refreshing a Price

If the Corporate Group accounts list changes, you can refresh all linked Prices to keep everything current. For instance: imagine you have a group named Safeway, which currently includes 3 Safeway accounts within it, and there is (at least) one Price that has this Corporate Group attached.

Then you create the 4th variation of an Account itself linked to the Safeway group.

At this point, the new Safeway account isn't linked to the Price; the account's sibling stores are linked, but not this new account.

To resolve this and automatically add this Account to its Prices that are in turn attached to this account's siblings:

  1. Navigate to the Corporate Account Group

  2. In the left navigation, click on the blue button titled Refresh Prices with this Group.

  3. Prices currently attached to this Group are immediately refreshed with the current set of Accounts linked to this Corporate Account Group.

Please note: Refreshing prices with this Group could add an Account that was previously intentionally excluded from the Corporate Group.
