Using Corporate Account Groups

Corporate Account Groups are used to contain multiple locations of an Account. A single "Safeway Store #1234" would be under the "Safeway" Corporate Account Group.

Create/Manage

On the Accounts tab in the left navigation is a link to Corporate Groups: Manage. From this section, you can manage all of your Groups.

Assigning a Group to an Account

An Account can be linked to a Corporate Group in multiple ways:

1. During a single Account Edit operation, a Corporate Account Group dropdown menu lists the available Groups.

2. Batch assignment during Excel Import. Please note: the Corporate Group must already exist and the Excel value needs to match the name exactly. New Corporate Groups will not be created on-the-fly.
