There are 4 ways to add the Redemption Entry to a product:
Edit the individual product
Use the Batch Edit feature on the Wines page
Batch update via the Wine Properties import / export flow
Add to all Wines by Special Action
Option #1 -- Edit the Individual Product
Go to the product
Click on Edit Wine
In the Redemption Entry field, select the appropriate CRV Code
Scroll down and click on Save
Option #2 -- Use the Batch Edit feature on the Wines page
Click on Wines
On the left nav, scroll down to the Operations section and click on Batch Edit
Check the boxes next to the products you would like to update
In the yellow dialogue box, next to Redemption Entry, select your code
Click on Update
Option #3 -- Batch update via the Wine Properties import/export flow
Export your data
Click on Wines
On the left nav, click on Export Properties
Check the box next to Active Only?
Click on Export

Update your data
Delete any optional columns and any rows of data that don't need changes
Make your changes as needed
Redemption Entry: Name is in column N
Save your file
Import your data
Click on Wines
On the left nav, click on Import Properties
Upload your file
Click on Import
Option #4 -- Add to all Wines by Special Action
When editing a single Redemption Entry, a special action is available that when invoked will add that Redemption to ALL Wines. Over-writing any current redemption that is set on that wine.
Here is how to do that:
Go to the Wines tab, click Redemption Entries > Manage in the left
Click on the entry you want to add to all wines.
Click Edit in the top-left
On the edit screen see the OPTIONAL Step 2: Attach to All Wines box and click the button in that box
This will add that redemption entry to all wines - over-writing any current entry that is set. If you have other redemption entries assigned to other wines (maybe a redemption for a different bottle size) you will need to go edit those wines and reset their redemption entry back to what it was before.
