A few important tips before getting started:
Please review the Import Instructions before making any changes
Always save a copy of the original file just in case
Delete any unnecessary *optional* columns and/or row for a cleaner upload
Export the file for your accounts
Click on the Accounts tab
On the left nav, scroll down to the IMPORT / EXPORT section
Click on Export Accounts: xlsx
Update your file
Redemption Enabled? is in column AR
To disable the CRV, key in no
To enable the CRV, key in yes
Save your file
Import your file
Click on the Accounts tab
On the left nav, scroll down to the IMPORT / EXPORT section
Click on Import Accounts
Follow the instructions on the screen and upload your file
Click on Import
