For Orders with the Delivery Date before January 2024:
The system will allow you to edit the order and remove the CRV line item manually.
For Orders with the Delivery Date after January 2024:
Option #1 - An Account Is Redemption-Exempt
The account would need to be edited so that the check box for the Account level Redemption Enabled? flag is unchecked. That will exempt any invoice for that Account from this calculation kicking in.
Click on the Accounts tab, and go to the account
From the left navigation, click on Edit Account
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and un-check the box next to Redemption Enabled
Click Save
Option #2 - Line Items Need to Be Removed From An Existing Order
The Remove Redemptions button can assist if line items need to be removed from an existing order.
Go to the order that needs to be edited
At the bottom of the screen, click on the Remove Redemptions button
***Important to note -- For orders after January 2024, if an account is Redemption Enabled, and the order needs to be edited after the redemption has been removed, the line items will reappear and will need to be removed again.
