Once the orders are entered by reps and confirmed by admin, there is an option to export the order batches in a pre-formatted template to support the following 3rd party routing software:

Both of these two are operated off the Reports tab in Vinosmith. You will see a report listed by name at the very bottom of the reports section (Extras). Run it for today's date, and Vinosmith will export a file of these orders that can be uploaded directly into the respective system in their online portal.
OptimoRoute
OptimoRoute is a batch push directly from Vinosmith to the OptimoRoute online system; there is no file to download/upload. Once the orders arrive, you must go to https://optimoroute.com/ and receive/map out the routing/delivery routes there. You must let the Vinosmith support team know you would like this enabled.
