The Delivery Status communicates the status of an order, depending on each organization's preference.
In Vinosmith, when an order is created and/or confirmed, it will automatically be placed in Pending delivery status.
Below are the various stages available:
Pending -- When an order has been created and also when it's been confirmed
Placed
Manual
Sent-to-Warehouse
Warehouse Bypass
In-transit
Delivered
To change the Delivery Status:
Delivery status can be changed on the pending deliveries screen or via the Batch Action tool on the Orders page.
Changing Delivery Status Using Pending Deliveries
Click on Orders
On the left-side menu, click on Pending Deliveries
Select the orders
In the With Selected drop-down menu, select the appropriate option
Changing Delivery Status Using Batch Actions
Click on Orders
On the left-side menu, click on Batch Actions under Operations
Select the orders
Select the Delivery Status option from the drop-down
Click Update
