How to Access Each Member's Profile:
Click on My Account
Click on Manage
Scroll down to the Members (admins and reps) section
Click on the profile to be updated
Click Save
Member Profile Settings:
Receive Order Confirmation Emails and Invoices? -- When an order is confirmed, the user will receive an email notification.
External Identifier fields -- These can be used at your discretion.
Password -- If a password needs to be changed, it can be updated here.
Commission Rate -- Rep Level commission rate.
Receive Order Placed Email Notifications? -- When the order is placed, the user will receive an email notification.
Include on Dashboard Comparison Charts? -- This manages the rep's visibility on the Rep Comparison and Year-by-Year Comparison charts on the dashboard.
Administrator? -- This setting dictates if the user is an admin or a rep level user.
Re-assign accounts -- If this user's accounts needed to be re-assigned to another user, then the person can be selected here.
Disabled? -- Disabling a user will prevent them from logging in and accessing any information.
It will also disable any Scheduled Reports created by this User.
Accessible Warehouses -- This setting dictates the warehouse(s) the user can see / sell out of.
Primary Warehouse -- Orders placed by this Sales Rep will be fulfilled from this Warehouse by default.
Login Ability -- Allowing a user to login will automatically make them billable.
