Edit or Disable a Rep or Admin User (Admin Only)

Administrators can edit users, such as changing passwords or promoting a user to an admin.

Edit a User

  1. Click on My Account in the top-right

  2. In the left-hand navigation click on Manage under your Vinosmith company name.

  3. On the bottom of the following screen is a list of users. Click on the user you would like to modify.

  4. Make the desired changes and click Save.

Disabling a User

You can disable a user which prevents them from being able to sign-in and also retains their data.

Follow the same procedure as above and choose Yes from the Disabled? dropdown.
