By default, Sales Reps cannot delete unconfirmed or confirmed orders from Vinosmith.
Admins can enable this feature by going to:
Click on My Account
In the Warehousing / Order Entry section, check the box next to Order Entry: Allow Sales Reps to delete Unconfirmed Orders?
Click on Save Changes
How Sales Reps Can Delete an Unconfirmed Order:
Once enabled, Sales Reps have the ability to delete unconfirmed orders.
Go to the order
From the left-side menu, in the Action section, click on the red Delete button
Click on Delete Order
