How are Vendors used in Vinosmith?

Vendors are specifically used to create purchase orders in Vinosmith.

POs in Vinosmith can stand alone or be integrated only with QuickBooks Online.

Depending on your QBO integration and inventory management configuration, creating POs in Vinosmith may not be suitable for your organization.

Vinosmith can import existing vendors from QuickBooks Online, or vendors can be created in Vinosmith and pushed to QB. Both methods can also be used together.

Here's how you can manage your vendor list:

Go to the Wines tab
Click on Manage under Vendors on the left-hand side

Vendors can be uploaded or edited via batch using the Import/Export links on the Vendor page.
