Error: R03: No Account / Unable to locate Account

If you receive an email with this error:

It means the payer has entered a bank account with either invalid

  • Account Number

  • Routing Number

The solution is to ask the payer to enter their bank account information again by creating a new Payment Method, and taking additional steps to ensure accuracy
