To access Marketplace Settings
Click on My Account, click on Manage on the left-side menu
Click on Marketplace Settings
Click on Edit Settings
Please update each detail as needed:
Name -- Your Organization's name
Status -- please select the appropriate option for you
Active -- your Marketplace is live and running
Buyers can only be invited if the status is Active.
Pending -- your Marketplace is active, but not visible to Buyers (you're still updating wines, pricing, etc)
Disabled -- not an active Marketplace
Image Acquisition: check the box if you would like to utilize our service
Image Acquisition for:
Wines without an image - we will acquire images only for items that currently do not have an image
ALL Wines (including ones that already have an image) **YES I UNDERSTAND the Marketplace and Tasting Sheet flags will be assigned to the new image** -- please note - all current images will be deleted and replaced with new images
Profile -- this is where you can add your profile information so that it will be displayed in the Marketplace
Contact Information -- these fields would display your Marketplace point of contact
Social Media -- your social media information can also be reflected on your Marketplace if you'd like
Logo -- your logo for the Marketplace can be uploaded here
Limited Stock Quantity -- this represents your limited stock quantity for your organization
Limited Stock Unit -- this unit would be in bottles or cases
DEMO State -- this would reflect the state for your demo link (to enforce pricing)
Display Shelf Talker -- By default, Vinosmith exposes a shelf-talker file to all Products displayed in the Marketplace. Uncheck this option to remove shelf-takers from your Marketplace.
Display Unconfirmed Wine Orders on Marketplace? -- This setting would display all approved orders, not only confirmed orders
Display Wine Code -- enabling this would display the wine code in the item details in your Marketplace
Hide Allocations from Marketplace? -- this will automatically hide your allocations
New Wines: Enable Marketplace? -- this will automatically enable all new wines for your Marketplace
No -- Do not enable any new wines. They would need to be manually enabled/disabled.
All New Wines -- Enable Marketplace on all new wines in your portfolio, within 24 hours of being created.
Wines with a Price Label matching specified criteria (Price will also be flagged) -- Enable Marketplace on all wines that in contain a Price with a Label matching the criteria.
Default Profile -- Your organization information goes here
Default Ordering Notes -- add delivery requirements/instructions
Profile Content: By State -- If you have state-specific content you can put it in each State block listed. This content will be displayed at the top of your Marketplace screen. It will only be shown to trade users who have an account in the same state.
Ordering Content: By State -- If you have state-specific content you can put it in each State block listed. This content will be displayed at the top of the Cart (checkout) screen. It will only be shown to trade users who have an account in the same state.
Click Save your Changes
A Friendly Reminder: If your Status is set to Pending, please remember to change it to Active when your Marketplace is ready to be visible to buyers.
