Changes that are allowed
When editing a [closed] PO or deleting a PO, the corresponding Qty buckets are manipulated:
Editing a Closed PO: all wines on-hand manipulated = Yes
Deleting a Closed PO: all wines on-hand manipulated = Yes
Changes that are not allowed
Remove a line item from a closed PO. You can reduce the qty to 0, which will adjust the inventory accordingly.
Add a new item to the PO.
Purchase Orders & QBO
If the Vinosmith PO is edited and only Quantities are changed, then Vinosmith will attempt to update the QBO PO and/or Bill quantities for those same wines.
These actions are not synced/supported:
Deleting the QBO PO if the Vinosmith PO is deleted
Deleting the QBO Bill if the Vinosmith PO is deleted (and pushed to QBO as a Bill)
Deleting a single Vinosmith PO line item that was pushed to QBO
