Often as a Sales Rep you will be showing the same set of wines to multiple Accounts.
You could create brand new Tastings for each Account, but that would quickly get tedious.
Vinosmith has a Clone feature, whereby you create the initial Tasting and then you can subsequently Clone it to copy all details over to a new Tasting.
You would then want to edit the newly created Tasting (copy) and edit the Account name and possibly the date/time, if you wish.
How to Clone a Tasting:
On the main Tastings screen, to the far right of the tasting is a drop-down menu.
Choose Clone from this menu.
You will be taken to an Edit Tasting form that has been pre-populated with the original Tasting details.
Make the necessary changes and save it.
