Create Tasting Sheet Templates (Admin Only)

Creating a tasting sheet template will set up the general tasting sheet formatting for your reps to use. Once you do this, they can just create and export a tasting sheet quickly from the Tasting function.

Attaching a Bottle Shot or Label Image to Individual Wines

You can upload a bottle shot or label image for each wine. These will be displayed on the left hand side of each wine on the tasting sheet.

Updating your Wine Properties to be Reflected on the Tasting Sheet

On each individual wine we have what are called the Wine Properties. These are the facts and origin of this wine. Wine properties can be updated manually as outlined above or you can batch upload your wine properties/preference.

Create Tasting Sheet Display Notes

Tasting Sheet Display Notes is a block of free-form text displayed at the top of the content section for the individual wine on a tasting sheet. This is the opportunity to tell a little bit of the story of this wine, winemaker, etc.

How to Create an Order from a Tasting

You can quickly create an order from items listed in a tasting using the Tasting feature in Vinosmith.
