Create Tasting Sheet Display Notes

Tasting Sheet Display Notes are found on each wine and can optionally be included on a Tasting Sheet.

To create these manually:

1. Go to the individual wine page

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to Tasting Sheet Display

3. Click Edit 

4. Enter text

5. Click Save

To update via batch, see the article at the bottom of this page. (Updating your Wine Preferences to be Reflected on the Tasting Sheet)

Only Admins can add/edit Tasting Sheet Display Notes by system default.

To give reps the ability to update these notes as well, please follow the steps below:

1. From an Admin account, click on My Account

2. Click on (left-side menu) Manage

3. Click on (left-side menu) Edit

4. Scroll down to the section called Wine Management

5. Check the box next to Allow Reps to Edit Tasting Sheet Display Notes

6. Click Save
