How to Flag an Account as "Prospective"

Vinosmith allows you to mark an account as a Prospective account.

To mark an Account as a Prospective Account

Click on the Accounts tab
Select the Account you'd like to flag as "Prospective."
Click on Edit Account
Scroll to the General section, and check the box next to Prospective?
Click Save

Block Orders for Prospective Accounts

Admin can enable a setting to block orders from being placed for "prospective" accounts.

Allow Sales Reps to Create Accounts

By default Vinosmith restricts Account creation and editing to Admins. However, there is an option to expose Account Creation to your Sales Reps.
