Notify Reps When a Purchase Order is Received

When the “start receipt” button is clicked, on the Receive Purchase Order Screen, click the Notify Sales Reps box.

If checked, all active Sales Reps will receive an email (no PDF) containing the following information. Price information is not included.

• PO#

• Items Name

• Item Code

• Quantity

• Warehouse
