How to Access Your Profile:
Click on My Account
This is where you personal settings live, including where you can edit your name, phone number and the other settings below.
Accessible warehouses are also shown on this page, but editing is not permitted.
Profile Settings:
Archive Email Address -- This is the email address to use as a BCC when having Vinosmith archive your correspondence to your account contacts.
Default Event Hour -- It is the hour used when a calendar reminder is added and no time is selected, and a Reminder date is chosen; the event will be added on that date at that hour selected here.
Time Zone -- Edit the time zone for your location.
Account Priority Love Thresholds -- This is where your Love Thresholds are managed and for each priority level, you will be notified if you have not given love to an account in this many days.
Receive order confirmation emails and invoices? -- If this is enabled, when an order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
Password -- To change your password, key in the new one and click on Update
Email Settings
Receive Accounts Receivable Email Notifications? -- When this is enabled, you will receive the same notification your account receives when they have past due invoices.
Receive Order Placed Email Notifications? -- When this is enabled, you will receive an email notification when an Order has been placed.
Invited to Connect URL -- If the Marketplace has been enabled, you can share this URL with a contact to invite them to connect to your Organization on Marketplace.
