Vinosmith can generate a SevenFifty-compatible file that includes pricing.
The file is generated by running a Report - specifically, RJ1- SevenFifty: Wine Data & Inventory (Format 1) or RJ2 - SevenFifty: Wine Data Only (Format 2).
On the RJ1- SevenFifty: Wine Data & Inventory (Format 1) report generation screen you choose the Top 3 Price labels to include in the report (SevenFifty only supports 3 price points) and optionally you can include your inventory quantities. There is an additional option to populate a SevenFifty Tag column with support for a couple of data sources. The user is prompted to choose from the Wine Ext ID(1) field or from an available wine custom field value.
The RJ2 - SevenFifty: Wine Data Only (Format 2) should work for most users.
When you have generated your file you can transmit it to your SevenFifty sales account representative for final processing.
