Here's how:
1. Export your file
Click on Products
From the left-side menu, scroll down to the Keywords section
Click on Export Keywords
The file will auto-download
Pro tip #1 -- Before making any changes, please save a copy of the original file
Pro tip #2 -- Please review the Import Instructions to ensure your new data is uploaded successfully
2. Update your data
3. Import your spreadsheet
Click on Products
From the left-side menu, scroll down to the Keywords section
Click on Import Keywords
Attach your file
Select the Operation
Add Keywords: These are only to be added to existing keywords for the product. The original keywords stay in place.
Replace all Keywords: used first to REMOVE all current keywords from each product and then add any new keywords.
Click on Import
