Monthly Average Sales Override - On Dashboard

The Sales Opportunities portion of your dashboard gives you a quick glance of your Monthly Sales Average and Upside Potential for each of your accounts within each of your priority levels.

Last updated on 23 Oct, 2025

This feature allows you to manually set the monthly average sales for any of your accounts, overriding the system-generated value. When activated, the Monthly Average Sales Override feature updates the numbers on your Dashboard to reflect your changes. To use this feature, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Account you would like to update and click on Edit Account

  • Scroll down toward the bottom of the page (right about the Tax & Legal section), in the Avg. monthly $ estimate field, key in the new amount

  • Check the box next to Override the Avg. Monthly Sales?

  • Click Save

It is important to note the following when using this feature:

  • Enabling the checkbox replaces the "Avg. Monthly Estimate" value irrespective of the amount entered. The edited "Avg. monthly sales" value will be displayed on the "Sales Opportunities" page.

  • The Potential bar in the Dashboard's 'Sales Activity' tab will also consider the edited amount.

  • Prospective accounts are considered in the "Sales Opportunities" if there is a value in the Avg. monthly $ estimate field.

  • Only the top 8 accounts for each priority column

By following the steps above, you can customize the monthly average sales for your accounts and update the values on the Dashboard accordingly.
