Every morning, Vinosmith will send an email notification when the alert quantity is less than the Available quantity.
Enable Alert for a Single Product
Rep users can create an Inventory Alert to be notified when a Product reaches a certain Available inventory quantity.
To create an Inventory Alert:
Navigate to the product; click Notify Me in the Inventory display
(or)
From the Product page, click Manage under Inventory Alerts in the left-hand navigation, and click New Inventory Alert
In the alert setup window, configure your preferences:
Warehouse / Location: Select the specific warehouse you want to monitor (if applicable).
Quantity Threshold: Enter the quantity that should trigger an alert
Notes (Optional): Add any personal notes or reminders
Click Save Alert.
Edit or Delete Inventory Alerts
Navigate to the Inventory Alerts page and click Edit to adjust the quantity threshold and notes.
To delete an alert, click Edit, and then click the Delete Inventory Alerts button.
Change Warehouse: You can't edit the warehouse directly on an existing alert; you'll need to delete the alert and create a new one.
If the Alert Quantity is green, it means that the alert quantity is less than the available quantity.
Otherwise, it'll show in red.
