Sales Opportunities and Potential Upside - How Does It Work?

The Sales Opportunities and Potential Upside on your dashboard will provide a snapshot of your average sales over the last four months.

Last updated on 29 Oct, 2025

Sales Opportunities

The Sales Opportunities are based on sales for prioritized Accounts.

On the start of each, the average sales for each Account per month are calculated, looking to the past 12 months rolling.

Additionally, the date of the last order for each Account is stored, not necessarily in the last 12 months; could be at any time.

In addition, another calculation is performed nightly, which is the current sales month-to-date for each Account.

Upside Potential

The difference between "average monthly sales in the last 12 months rolling" and "sales this month to date" is the Upside Potential. The Dashboard listing is then limited to :

  • Accounts that have been prioritized and

  • Have an Upside Potential greater than zero.

Please note:

  • Any Account(s) with no sales in the last four months will not be shown.

  • Conversely, if a dormant account suddenly has a sale, it might not be reflected until next month.

  • Dashboard charts are not updated in real time. The Dashboard charts are re-calculated nightly.
